NEWS: Revised Family Zone Terms and Conditions 24/25 – News

Coventry City will review the proposed Terms and Conditions for the Family Zone 24/25.

Around 1/3 of the seats in the Family Zone are unused each matchday, meaning other supporters are missing out on our fantastic offer for this zone and the chance to support the Sky Blues from these seats.

We all want to see the Arena as full as possible and the fans also enjoying the amazing matchday atmosphere. Since these seats are sold seasonally but unused, it means that these seats are blocked for use by others.

With this in mind, on Friday Coventry City published changes to the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Family Zone. The Season Pass information was subsequently published and these Family Zone Terms and Conditions have now been revised following further consultation.

The club will continue to run the Family Zone more and more strongly on match days. Adults should not attend the Family Zone without a Junior and if an Adult attends without a Junior their season ticket will be revoked – if an Adult wishes to come without an accompanying child then they must purchase a Standard Zone ticket . or the Premium Zone.

The required attendance for the 2024/25 season in the Family Zone will now be set at a minimum of 8 matches out of 23 – if fans attend less then they will not be able to renew in this zone in 2025/26. season.

If you are unable to attend, all required adult and discount tickets must be placed on the Family Zone Ticket Exchange – with full details of the exchange system to follow. If this does not happen and Season Ticket holders do not exchange more than three times when they do not attend/use their ticket, Season Tickets will be revoked for Adults and Concessions.

Doug King, Executive Chairman and Owner, said:

“We have been very pleased with the response from Sky Blues supporters following the announcement of the subscription plans for the 2024/25 campaign.

“With the Family Zone details, there has been a lot of positive feedback about the steps being taken to stop this offer being abused and also comments relating to people’s own circumstances.

“Following this feedback, we are adjusting the number of games to attend and will also commit to managing the Family Zone more proactively to ensure adults are accompanied by juniors.

“Our Family Zone offer is fantastic. We want this offer to be used and this area to be full every match day and this is part of our work towards this goal.”
