After various trials and errors of various methods, Jayden discovered the “best” way to tackle grout stains with an effortless DIY solution she created using ingredients found in her home.

How to make the “best” homemade tile grout cleaner

Jayden said: “You can whiten your grout completely again with a simple homemade grout cleaner using baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, dish soap and a scrub brush or toothbrush. “This natural DIY grout cleaner will take dirty, black-looking grout and make it completely white again!”

This means you will need:

  • 220 grams of sodium bicarbonate
  • 120 ml of hydrogen peroxide
  • Two spoons of soap
  • A small or medium-sized bowl
  • Hand washing brush or toothbrush

Baking soda is slightly abrasive, which makes it ideal for removing dirt without damaging the cleaned surface.

Jayden explained: “Baking soda is a wonderful, all-natural cleaner. I love using baking soda in all my natural, DIY projects. It is non-toxic, safe and effective.”
