Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi was spotted eating Ghanaian jollof during Leicester City’s EFL Championship title celebrations.

The Nigerian international, along with Kelechi Iheanacho and Ghanaian striker Abdul Fatawu, led the Foxes to the English League Two title and promotion to the Premier League.

There has always been a debate between Nigeria and Ghana as to which country has the best ‘jollof rice’, with the citizens of each nation favoring them.

Leicester see Wilfred Ndidi’s replacement

Sports short previous reported that Leicester City are considering a move for Newcastle star Sean Longstaff as a potential replacement for Ndidi.

Longstaff’s contract with Newcastle expires in the summer of 2025, which could make him available for a reasonable price in the next transfer window if the Toons decide not to keep him.

The 26-year-old has been a vital player for Eddie Howe’s side this season, starting 24 Premier League games and contributing six goals.
