I know what Mohamed Salah will be thinking after Liverpool’s theories have been proven wrong

The feud between Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah was always going to be something the media made more of than it actually was.

And it looked like the Liverpool striker spent the entirety of Sunday’s 4-2 win over Tottenham proving a point, didn’t he?

Salah was excellent on the day, playing a part in all four goals, including a header that was his 25th of the season, but knowing him, he would have been a little disappointed not to have a hat-trick -trick on the day itself.

So are the standards he has set for himself, but it was great to see him once again with the wind in his sails after a disappointing couple of weeks.

Once again, Salah has proven to be the main man when it comes to scoring goals for the Reds, and the challenge for the final two games will now be to see how close he can get to the 30 mark again. That’s what Mo does.

The incident at West Ham has now been forgotten and I think it will be interesting to see how he develops under a new manager next season after working with Jurgen for so long.
