Two Nuneaton firms have been honored with the King Charles Award

Two Nuneaton firms have received honors from King Charles. Both received the King Awards, which celebrate the success of exciting and innovative organizations leading the way across the country.

Triton Showers received a King’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of its commitment to sustainable development. Nuneaton Signs received a King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity.




Triton, which employs more than 280 people at its Shepperton Business Park headquarters, is one of 29 shortlisted organizations to be recognized nationally for their contribution to sustainable development. Speaking about the award, David Tutton, managing director at Triton, said: “Given our market leading position, we believe it is our responsibility to champion the water, energy and carbon saving benefits of showers at every opportunity.

Sign factory with a difference

The King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity is being celebrated by Nuneaton Signs, which is a social enterprise, which employs 73 people. Of these, 71 percent have a disability and 20 percent have a learning disability.
