Pro-Palestinian protesters target drone maker in Leicester

Pro-Palestinian protesters spray-painted the site of a drone manufacturer in Leicester on Wednesday 8 May.

Images on the website show Palestine Action activists climbing into a truck they said was driven into the building on UAV Tactical Systems website. Palestine Action said activity at the site had been suspended.

Other activists punched a hole in the roof, the group said.

UAV Tactical Systems is a subsidiary of Elbit Systems UK, Israel’s largest arms manufacturer.

The long-running protest had previously led to arrests on the spot.
