So Resi development gets visit from Ealing councilors – EALING.NEWS – The Voice of Ealing 7 cities

Housing provider SO Resi, part of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), marked the launch of its first London Living Rent development with a visit from the Mayor of Ealing, Councilor Hitesh Tailor, along with other local councillors.

SO Flexi Acton Apartments are located on the site of the former Goldsmiths Arms pub in East Acton, which closed in 2017 and was eventually demolished to make way for new housing.

Kevin Sims, Sales and Marketing Director at SO Resi, said: “It was a privilege to welcome the Mayor of Ealing and local councilors to SO Flexi Acton, many of whom have supported the development since the early planning stages . We are united by a common goal of creating much-needed housing in Acton, addressing the housing goals of the wider neighborhood and helping local residents not just find a place to live, but ultimately where to call their own.

According to SO Resi, the development allows residents to rent an apartment at a reduced price for a fixed period, with a view to purchasing the property at the end of the lease using shared ownership.

Rents start from £1,107 per month for a one bedroom flat.
