Katie Price has been slapped with an eviction notice from Mucky Mansion and has to leave in a few days

Katie Price has received an eviction notice from her famous ‘Mucky Mansion’ and must vacate the premises within days. A document viewed by Mirror Online, dated April 24, 2024, reveals that “the eviction will take place on May 29, 2024 at 10am,” giving the embattled celebrity just two weeks to move out.

The eviction order at Horsham County Court, addressed to Katie and “any other occupiers”, requires her to “arrange to leave the property with (her) property before this time and date”. The notice explains: “The court has issued a warrant or warrant for possession of the above property (land) at the request of the plaintiff.

“A warrant gives the county bailiff the authority to evict you and turn over possession to the plaintiff. A warrant gives a High Court enforcement officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. In this notice, the term “Authorized Person”. ” is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the Bailiff of the High Court.”

Earlier this month, there were reports that Katie faced a “real risk” of losing her £2m West Sussex property, known as the ‘Mucky Mansion’, due to mounting financial difficulties. The model recently emerged after avoiding her second bankruptcy hearing and opted to fly to Cyprus with her new boyfriend, JJ Slater.

Katie was declared bankrupt for the second time earlier this year due to an outstanding tax bill of more than £750,000 owed to HM Revenue and Customs. She bought the property in 2014, costing her £1.3m at the time. The house is featured in her Channel 4 renovation series after it fell into disrepair.

In March, Katie defiantly claimed “no one can take Mucky Mansion” despite her financial woes, telling fans: “You’ve followed my life, my journey, I tell it like it is. Yes, I’m broke. But guess what? I am the owner of my house.

In the same month, the High Court ruled that the 45-year-old would lose half of her monthly earnings. The court heard that the trustees sought an income payment order, which means money from Katie’s earnings will be used to pay off her debts.

Joshua Harris, trustee in bankruptcy at Harris and Partners, said: “Price faces the risk of losing his £2m property, which highlights the harsh realities of bankruptcy.”

He added: “In substantial debt situations, asset repossession is a real threat used by creditors to recover what is owed to them. Failure to resolve financial debts can lead to serious outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship.”

Last October, the mother-of-five admitted she was “fed up” of being threatened with legal action. She opened up about her bankruptcy and noted that she’s been in court “more times than I’ve had hot dinners” and “really” wouldn’t mind going to jail.

Since then, Katie has been making money through her OnlyFans account and selling personalized messages to her fans.
